These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of genangels.com (the “Site”), operated by GenAngels AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. About the content

All images published on the Site are generated with artificial intelligence. They do not depict real people. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. All characters depicted are fictional adults.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person only; sharing an account or its access is not permitted. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Higher tiers include the content of lower tiers. Prices are shown on the Membership page and may change; any price change applies from your next billing period after notice. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. How you may use the content

• Prompts: you may use the prompts you access as a member to generate your own images, including for your own commercial projects.
• Not allowed: reselling, redistributing, sharing or publishing our prompts, prompt packs (zip files), or the images from the Site, in whole or in part, whether free or paid, including uploading them to other sites, marketplaces, or group chats.
• Site images: the images on the Site are for viewing. Do not re-post them as your own work.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape or bulk-download the Site, bypass access restrictions, use the Site for anything unlawful, or interfere with its operation.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, add or remove features and content at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Results you get from prompts may vary with the AI model and settings you use. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
