Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your membership at any time from your Account page. After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Your membership will not renew and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Because memberships give immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it.

Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher tier, your new membership starts immediately at the new price and your previous membership is cancelled.
